Entry Certificate CB2 = demonstrate the ability to become Cigar Box trainer: 

• Understanding of cost accounting:  minimum score : 7 = medium-high
• Working with CB3 excel:                     minimum score : 7 = medium-high
• Feeling for technology:                        minimum score : 6 = medium

Entry Certificate CB3 = demonstrate the ability to become Cigar Box trainer: 

• Understanding of cost accounting:  minimum score : 7 = medium-high
• Working with CB3 excel:                     minimum score : 7 = medium-high
• Feeling for technology:                        minimum score : 6 = medium

           PLUS

• One implementation under guidance of a fully certified trainer

Full Certificate CB3 = 1 independent successful CB3 implementation + One Technology Star
